Mihaela studied Political Science in French at Bucharest University and Université Libre de Bruxelles, completing afterwards 2 Master Degrees, one in International Relations at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and another one in European Affairs at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (IEP/SciencesPo Paris). Since 2014 she works for the European Commission in domains such as: social inclusion for migrants, participatory democracy and local civic engagement in UE, EU enlargement in the Western Balkans, public administration reform in EU neighbourhood countries. In Europuls she covers themes linked to fight against corruption, protecting rule of law and fundamental rights in Romania and Europe, transition towards democracy in EU neighbourhood.
